If you would like to request the use of facilities or resources at Lewisburg Alliance Church, please follow the steps below to complete the request process.

Please review our Facility Use Policy to understand the guidelines and expectations for using church facilities and resources. If you agree with the policy, complete the fillable and signable form.

After submitting the Facility Use form, please complete the Event Request Form so we have the details needed to schedule and coordinate your event.

Staff Review & Follow Up

Once both forms have been received, the appropriate staff member or ministry leader will review your request and contact you with the next steps.
