Our Leadership

Pastor Dave became the lead pastor at LAC in November of 2022. He was raised in the Christian & Missionary Alliance church, where his father was an ordained pastor. Dave and his wife, Ritzy were married in 1998 and have two boys, Nathan and Josiah. Dave studied Music Ministry at Liberty University and then served in various youth ministry positions for 18 years. In 2012, he became the senior pastor at a church in Virginia where he would serve for 10 years before accepting the position at LAC. He loves to preach God’s Word and believes in leading from the heart through genuine relationships, while also fostering a community of believers committed to each other, their community and to the mission of Jesus on the earth.

Pastor Mike has been on staff since 2010 and has attended LAC since his family moved to the Mifflinburg area in 1978. Mike and his wife, Deb met and were married in Lewisburg in 1982. They have four children, Rachel, Joshua, Luke and Seth and three grandchildren Everson, Boden and Kyren. Mike and Deb owned and operated a camping resort north of Mifflinburg for sixteen years until they felt God’s calling and sold the park in 2008. He did his pastoral training through the Alliance’s Ministerial Study Program. Mike loves serving people and currently oversees the church staff, Admin Board and church ministry leaders.

Pastor Tim joined the LAC team in 2020. Tim and his wife, Lauren have been happily married since 2008, and are raising five children. Tim earned an A.A.S. in Forestry and a B.S. in Recreation and Park Management from Penn State University, along with a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Fresno Pacific University. Since completing seminary in 2005, he has been engaged in full-time ministry, serving as a Camping and Conference Director and a Youth and Adult Ministries Director. Tim is a devoted follower of Jesus with a heart for knowing Christ deeply and helping others do the same. He is passionate about biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and the mission of the local church, both in the community and around the world. Tim values authentic relationships and believes the church is strongest when it lives out the love, unity, and purpose Christ intended. He is an avid outdoorsman and a devoted family man who enjoys spending time outside, creating memories with his family, and encouraging others to walk faithfully with Christ in everyday life.

Barry has been the Facility and Property Manager since 2016. He was married to Ruthann in 1990 and has a son, a daughter, two grandsons and one great-grandson. Previously he served as a Trustee Board member at LAC, overseeing property maintenance for many years. He grew up in the Central Pennsylvania area and graduated from Penn College (formerly known as Williamsport Community College). He worked as an electrician for PPL for 39 years and simultaneously as a Deputy Game Warden with the Pennsylvania Game Commission for 49 years. As a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, he is humbled to be able to contribute to the local church in this role.

Kevin has been on staff since 2021. He and his wife, Lori have 2 daughters and have been attending LAC for over 20 years. Over those years of serving, he developed a passion for anything tech-related. He grew up in central Pennsylvania and graduated from Northumberland Christian School. He spent many years working on his family’s farm before taking a position with a local construction company, where he still works part-time today. Kevin loves to learn new things whenever he can and counts it a privilege to be able to serve on staff and use the gifts that God has given him to help further the gospel of Jesus Christ.
